On a recent GoNaked Zoom call, I was surprised at how many of us keep journals. I journal off and on. My journals come out when I am trying to work through difficult issues or whenever I just need to dump stuff out of my brain. I've created this 10-Day Journal sampler for you to download and start your own journal.
There are many ways to journal. Some people just write about their day, while others like a prompt or suggestion to get them to share their ideas. This journal allows you to do either. You can write freely about issues in your day, or you can use the writing prompt at the top of the page to get your ideas flowing. There is no right or wrong answer. You do what's right for you. You don't even have to write every day (although journaling daily shows benefits for mental health and keeping hands limber!)
